Tuhaye HOA Board of Directors

The Tuhaye Master Owners Association Board of Directors is responsible for conducting the affairs of the Home Owners Association in accordance with the Tuhaye Governing Documents – Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions.

The Board is currently comprised of 3 Storied Development Declarant members.  The Board meets quarterly to review financial information and discuss any relevant topics addressed in the management report provided by the Tuhaye HOA Director.   The Board of Directors review and approve the annual budget, approve an adequate reserve fund and enforce the rules of the Tuhaye Community.
